Château Mayne Lalande has just obtained a new distinction by being recognized as a Quality Artisan Producer by the Culinary College of France
The Culinary College of France, whose co-presidents are Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon, aims to showcase our artisanal culinary heritage. It supports and mobilizes all restaurateurs and artisan producers who are quality activists, who share the same values and are driven by the passion for the product, the culinary art and conviviality.
“There is no quality cuisine without quality products”
The Culinary College of France has recognized SAS Les Cinq Sens du Château Mayne Lalande as a Quality Artisan Producer; in this capacity, it undertakes to transmit the passion and the know-how of its trade, to use reasoned artisanal methods of manufacture, culture and breeding, to cultivate the original and authentic tastes of its products.
The objectives of the Collège Culinaire de France are to allow restaurants and quality producers to work with quality artisans who share the same artisanal practices, to create a quality chain between restaurateurs and producers, through a community of exchanges for a continuous improvement of the quality of our culinary artisan heritage.
